Most of our services involve digital deliverables, labor-intensive tasks, or consulting. Once the work has commenced or the digital service has been delivered, it is generally considered non-refundable due to the nature of the resources allocated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A client may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
  • Non-Delivery: If the service was not initiated or delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe mentioned in your service contract.
  • Service Cancellation: If a cancellation request is submitted before any work has started on your project.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service has been completed and delivered as per the project specifications.
  • Change of mind after the work process has begun.
  • Technical issues arising from third-party plugins or external factors beyond our control.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks through Stripe or your bank will result in an immediate suspension of all services and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
